Responsibilities:

As an Office Assistant / Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Distributing all departmental mail, both electronic and hard copy
  • Filing invoices and ads in a timely and accurate manner
  • Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Copying and printing documents as needed
  • Assisting administrative staff as necessary to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Meeting attendance standards and being punctual and reliable
  • Assisting analysts with various tasks and projects
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Reliable transportation to/from work (not applicable for remote work)
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of the English language
  • High School Degree Required
  • One to two years of experience in an office environment

* Demonstrable track record of handling confidential information with discretion

  • Strong research skills and the ability to prepare clear, concise reports
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines amidst contending priorities
