Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. This involves working closely with various stakeholders to resolve issues, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in eligibility records, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with various teams to create green resolutions to complex problems
- Monitor and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve data quality and accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
