As a remote data entry analyst, you will be part of a dedicated team that works closely with our operations, product development, and customer service departments to ensure seamless execution of our onboard and leisure product offerings.

Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing analytical and operational support for product development and operations tasks, including the enhancement of contemporary experiencement products (hotels, tour insurance, on-board products) and the layout and implementation of recent products.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for onboard product applications and tasks, including control of arenaflex's in-flight menu, entertainment, and product applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product development and operations initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information, including pricing, inventory, and availability.
  • Analyzing data and providing insights to inform product development and operations decisions.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Onboard experience, either as a flight attendant or working closely with flight crews on the operations side.
