What You Bring to the Table
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll bring a unique combination of skills and qualities to our team. We're looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything on track
- Attentive to detail, ensuring every order is entered accurately and every client receives the right product
- A strong communicator with excellent phone, email, and chat skills, able to engage with clients professionally and clearly
- Proficient in data entry, with fast and accurate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Experienced in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of success
- A team player with a positive attitude, a friendly, outgoing personality, and a passion for connecting with people
- Comfortable working both individually and in a team environment
- Able to review and understand artwork in Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator
Helpful Attributes

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries, quote requests, and sample needs
- Identifying and developing new sales opportunities to expand our customer base
- Providing creative, tailored signage solutions that align with clients' needs and visions
- Coordinating design presentations, ensuring custom products meet client expectations
- Preparing and submitting accurate quotes in Magento based on margin and market value
- Following up on quotes, addressing client concerns, and converting quotes into orders
- Entering detailed information into Magento to ensure smooth and efficient production of custom signs
- Staying current on signage trends, materials, finishes, and new technologies to offer innovative solutions
- Collaborating with production teams to ensure job components and timelines meet client expectations
- Setting and managing client expectations regarding product timelines and final design
- Addressing and resolving any customer service issues with empathy, identifying solutions that lead to customer satisfaction
