Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to ensure high-quality customer service
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
What We're Looking For:

- Friendly and customer-focused in every situation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations, with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a high-energy environment, with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and oral fluency)
- Experience working with a computer and familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 8 AM to 10 PM
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum 6+ months of Contact Center/BPO experience in Voice Support
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
