What does the job entail?
As a Customer Support Specialist on our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers
- Developing efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
- Treating customers with respect, following arenaflex's company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support to our clients
What makes you a great fit for this role?
We're looking for individuals who are fluent in Lithuanian (C1) and have a good command of Russian and English (B2). While previous experience in customer service, especially in a call center environment, is a plus, we're happy to provide training and coaching to help you excel in your role. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!

* A full-time job with various shifts from Monday to Friday, between 09:00-19:00
- An hourly rate of €8.03 to €8.56 (during the trial period and after)

Employment type and working hours
* Permanent employment with a 3-month trial period
- Monday to Friday, various shifts between 09:00-19:00 (8.5 hours/shift)
