Responsibilities

As an Associate Level Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through online chat platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through online chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction

Requirements
