Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team by accurately entering shipment data into our software systems. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all shipment details are up to date, and our customers receive the best possible service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Accurately entering shipment data into arenaflex software systems
* Monitoring tracking and shipping statuses to ensure all details are up to date
* Assisting with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation
* Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies
* Providing general administrative support, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and inventory updates
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards
* Troubleshooting minor issues with arenaflex systems and shipments
* Assisting with additional tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Experience with arenaflex or similar shipping platforms is a plus, but not required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace
* Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with deadlines
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Self-motivation, independence, and ability to work with minimal supervision
* Previous experience in virtual assistant or administrative roles is preferred
Preferred Skills
While not required, the following skills will be beneficial in this role:
* Basic understanding of logistics and shipping
* Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
* Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly
Working Hours
As a part-time Data Entry Virtual Assistant, you'll have the flexibility to work approximately 20-25 hours per week. You can choose to work during regular business hours or evenings, based on your availability. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the U.S.
Compensation
arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $15-$20 per hour, based on experience. Pay is bi-weekly via direct deposit.
