Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients and their customers. You will be the product resource liaison between our clients and their customers, helping to resolve issues and handle complaints and inquiries related to our products. Your goal will be to efficiently and professionally resolve each call to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties
* Provide excellent customer support to customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
- Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
- Research and verify information provided by customers utilizing online resources
- Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions to customer inquiries
- Provide customers with product and service information as needed
- Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
- Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities
Job Requirements
* Professional work ethic
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
- Active listening with the ability to resolve customer issues
- Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
- Minimum typing speed of 25wpm
- Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
- Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
- Quiet work space
- High-speed internet
- Bi-lingual skills a plus but not required (Spanish or French)

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
