Job Title: Manager, Talent Acquisition Business AnalyticsJob Description The Business Analytics Manager – Recruitment is responsible for leading data-driven strategies that optimize the end-to-end recruitment process. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Leadership teams to translate recruitment data into actionable insights that improve hiring efficiency, quality of hire, cost management, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with deep understanding of recruitment metrics, funnel management, and workforce demand forecasting.Key Responsibilities 1.⁠ ⁠Recruitment Analytics & Reporting - Develop and manage dashboards tracking key recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, recruiter productivity).

  • Provide weekly/monthly hiring performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze hiring funnel performance and identify bottlenecks.
  • Ensure data integrity across ATS and HR systems.

2.⁠ ⁠Workforce Planning & Forecasting - Partner with Recruitment Operations and Talent Sourcing to forecast required team headcount.

  • Build predictive models for hiring volume, ramp timelines, and attrition impact.
  • Support headcount planning and capacity modeling.

3.⁠ ⁠Process Optimization - Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes through analytics.

  • Recommend data-backed improvements to sourcing strategy, screening, and selection workflows.
  • Drive automation and system utilization to reduce manual trackers and improve data visibility.

4.⁠ ⁠Stakeholder Partnership - Act as strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition leaders.

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support governance reporting and compliance tracking.

5.⁠ ⁠Technology & Systems Management - Optimize ATS and reporting tools usage.

  • Collaborate with IT and vendors for system enhancements.
  • Implement data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, DOMO).
