As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email with precision and accuracy
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise, using your analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently
  • Completing additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability
  • Collaborating with our process servers teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of accurate documentation
  • *Qualifications**

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • A high school diploma or GED required
  • The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
  • A desire and ability to be a team player, working collaboratively with our process servers teams
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
