VIP Travel Consultant, Amadeus
Job Description:
- Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers
- Handle incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.)
- Be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers
- Provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling related products
- Expertly use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Guide and provide consultation regarding client travel policy
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
- Maintain knowledge of the various travel industries supported
Requirements:
- Experience in VIP travel
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Strong skills in GDS Amadeus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
