The Role In partnership with Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, we're looking for a tutor or exam-prep mentor to support a DVR client preparing to retake a computer-based vocational licensure exam. He's sat the exam several times without success and needs structured, patient prep, practice questions, test-taking strategy, and confidence-building going into the next attempt. The client is blind and hard of hearing, but speaks and hears well. Communication is straightforward. What's needed is someone who can adapt their teaching to accessibility needs without making it the whole story. YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE - Tutoring, test-prep, or adult-education background - Experience with blind / low-vision or Deaf/HOH learners (preferred) - Familiarity with screen readers, assistive tech, or alternative-format materials - Patience, structure, and an accessibility-first mindset LOGISTICS Hours, duration, and rate set once we know the fit and the client's pace. Paid contract through Inclx LLC. Format flexible (likely remote, depending on what works for tutor and Denver based client.) THE BIGGER PICTURE This is also a way in.
