Job Description:

  • Manage executive calendars, inboxes, and meetings across time zones.
  • Draft professional correspondence and prepare executive reports.
  • Handle confidential records and project coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1C2) verbal and written.
  • At least 2 years of remote work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • Professional home office setup with reliable internet.
