Position Overview As Tennessee Of Counsel, you will serve as the Tennessee-licensed attorney affiliated with Legal Corner Law Office for matters involving Tennessee personal injury clients. This role primarily focuses on compliance oversight, strategic collaboration, and ensuring ethical and regulatory requirements are met within the state. This is a fully remote contract position that requires minimal day-to-day involvement while offering steady and reliable compensation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Tennessee licensed Of Counsel attorney for Legal Corner Law Office.
• Provide oversight and guidance regarding Tennessee Bar compliance and ethical obligations.
• Collaborate with leadership regarding client onboarding, legal procedures, marketing compliance, and operational workflows.
• Review and approve Tennessee-related legal processes when necessary.
• Maintain good standing with the Tennessee Bar throughout the duration of the engagement.
• Act as a strategic legal resource as the firm continues expanding its Tennessee personal injury practice.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing.
• Strong understanding of Tennessee legal ethics and compliance requirements.
• Prior experience in personal injury, civil litigation, insurance claims, or plaintiff-side matters preferred.
