Account Manager, Institutional
Title: Account Manager, Institutional Location: Remote The Opportunity We are seeking an Account Manager to support some of our largest institutional clients, including leading national banking organizations. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day client relationships, coordinating across internal teams, and ensuring seamless deployment and adoption of our platform. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and consistently delivers a high-touch client experience. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned institutional accounts.
- Manage onboarding and deployment of new users, ensuring a smooth rollout and adoption across client teams.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Compliance teams to resolve client issues and implement workflow improvements.
- Track and maintain organized workflows, timelines, and client documentation.
- Monitor platform usage, identify opportunities to drive engagement, and escalate risks proactively.
- Support client meetings, QBRs, and other reviews with preparation of materials and actionable insights.
- Document processes and share knowledge internally to improve team efficiency and scalability.
- Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and providing proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in client management, account management, or operations within financial services, wealth management, or technology-driven environments.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience managing client relationships with institutional banks or large financial institutions; experience with estate planning is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing high-value or complex client accounts and driving measurable results.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and process improvement.
- Deep understanding of financial services workflows, client engagement strategies, or enterprise technology platforms.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, technical fluency with SaaS platforms, and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Other: High emotional intelligence, attention to detail, client-first mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
