Job Overview

As a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our dealership clients in the digital landscape, engaging with customers through inbound online chats and providing assistance with inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, financing, and general dealership questions. Your primary goal will be to represent our clients positively, convert interactions into valuable leads, and contribute to their revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Addressing a diverse array of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
  • Delivering precise information regarding products and services through chat interactions, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
  • Gathering appointment-related details to facilitate scheduling, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our dealership clients
  • Cultivating and sustaining a comprehensive understanding of our constantly evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and developments
  • Accumulating customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client evaluations, helping us to build strong relationships with our clients and drive revenue growth

Required Skills

To succeed as a Web Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining a fast-paced work environment and delivering exceptional results
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines
  • A positive, professional demeanor, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Basic proficiency in internet usage and window-based computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems

Qualifications
