Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Live Chat Agent/Office Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and in-person communication, ensuring timely resolutions and enhancing the customer's experience with our health insurance products and services.
  • Assisting customers with their questions regarding policies, claims, and services while resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer inquiries, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Performing administrative tasks as required, including data entry, document management, and appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve service delivery, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and policies, ensuring you're always equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer relation management (CRM) software.
