Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to ensure timely package delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide personalized support.
  • Upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer to maintain a positive and professional image.
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
  • Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, showcasing your exceptional writing skills.
  • Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure appropriate customer outcomes, making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
  • Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School or equivalent diploma.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer needs.
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.

Nice-to-haves

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

  • A Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.
