Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • First Point of Contact: You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guiding Customers: You will provide guidance to customers on website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters, ensuring that they have a seamless online shopping experience.
  • Query Resolution: You will refer queries and complaints to the relevant department and ensure timely resolution, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: You will assist customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
  • Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate records of customers' complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database, ensuring that we can track and analyze customer interactions effectively.

Eligibility Requirements
