Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner

• Completing after-call information and data entry to our system, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and analyzed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
• Current residence in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI
• Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
