Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using active listening skills and empathy to understand the customer's perspective
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a secure and efficient manner
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that our team is meeting our quality and productivity standards
- Providing feedback on call issues, helping us to identify areas for improvement and optimize our processes
- Upselling when required, using your knowledge of our products and services to help customers find the best solutions for their needs
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, using your own computer and internet connection
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills and accuracy
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and find creative solutions
- The ability to navigate Windows operating systems and desktop computer systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be an asset in this role:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or another language relevant to our clients)
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
