Job Summary

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate, objective, and timely responses that meet our high standards of customer service. This role requires a unique blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and respond to written inquiries from customers in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. - Utilize data entry skills to accurately capture and update customer information in our systems. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns. - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed responses. - Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, communications) or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment. - Proven experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to customer inquiries. - Strong data entry and typing skills (at least 40 wpm). - Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills. - Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment. - 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment. - Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
