Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our verification products. You'll communicate directly with customers, resolve high volumes of inbound tickets, and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

* Communicate directly with customers to ensure a seamless verification process

  • Deliver efficient and thoughtful solutions through active listening and analysis
  • Resolve high volumes of inbound tickets and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct customer outreach to minimize recurring issues and improve satisfaction
  • Adhere to procedures ensuring exceptional service and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • Continuously evaluate and improve customer support processes to ensure exceptional service delivery

Requirements

* At least 2 years of technical support experience in a high-volume environment
