Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote team as Card Customer Service Advisors. As a Card Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and problems via phone, email, or chat, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently

  • Research, analyze, and provide solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain accurate records, including customer information, account details, and issue resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and risk management, to resolve complex issues and ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and technical expertise
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, share best practices, and provide support during peak periods

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Two to four years of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn arenaflex systems and tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive customer information, and adhere to arenaflex policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with disabilities or language barriers
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
