Job Responsibilities: As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Transplant, you will be responsible for: * Routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion * Making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes * Working in a high-production environment where you will need to multitask between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and data entry * Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless patient care * Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers * Participating in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations Key Qualifications: * 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician * Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Strong written and oral communication skills * Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask between patient referrals * Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with patients and healthcare providers * Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data entry Preferred Qualifications: * Specialty pharmacy experience * Call center experience * Prescription adjudication experience in order to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and assess prescription claim issues Work Environment and Culture: * Guaranteed 40 hours per week and a flexible schedule that includes 8:00am-7:30pm Monday-Friday * No weekends or holidays * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Ongoing training and education opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a wide-ranging list of supplemental benefits and discount programs * 16 paid days off for employees and paid holidays Compensation and Benefits: * The typical pay range for this role is $17.00-$27.90 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a wide-ranging list of supplemental benefits and discount programs * 16 paid days off for employees and paid holidays COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement: CVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
