Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. You'll be the face of our organization, and your primary goal will be to deliver personalized service that exceeds our customers' expectations. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and assist customers with specific requests or inquiries
- Capture information and enter data into our customer service database in a timely manner
- Operate our customer service database and read relevant call-handling instructions
- Relay messages and route calls to the appropriate resources
- Follow up on calls with clerical duties and liaise with other departments
- Provide personalized customer service at the highest level, dedicating your work time to delivering exceptional results
Requirements
* Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Clearance: Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Competencies:
+ Reliable internet connection and attendance + Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette + Basic computer navigation skills + Quick and correct typing – ability to create grammatically correct responses without spelling errors + Positive attitude and a passion for learning + Goal-oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results + Ability to uphold our company values: - Quality - Teamwork - Service - Adaptability - Integrity - Ownership
Skills/Knowledge
* Previous call center experience preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Utilities customer service experience preferred
- Medical office setting customer service experience preferred
Position Details
* Full-Time remote position
- REMOTE (ONLY for candidates who live 50 miles or more outside the Houston area. Accepting applications from the following states: Texas, Tennessee, and Nevada)
- Interview process: Interviews will be conducted in a group setting with other candidates, virtually (Google Meets) – Central Time
- Pay: $13.50 - $16.50/hr
- Training Details:
+ The training will be for 2 weeks and will also take place on the weekends + Remote training will be done ONLINE – Central Time + Week 1: Monday through Friday + Week 2: Monday through Thursday + Saturday or Sunday
- Work Schedule & Requirements:
+ Your work schedule availability will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager + 40 hour week shifts will cover anywhere from 7AM to 10PM – Central Time + It will be 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday + Weekends are mandatory + Proof of adequate internet speed, a room free of background noise, ability to adhere to the Attendance Policy & maintaining KPI scores high is required
