Job Summary

As a Market Research/Customer Insights Intern (Marketing), you'll play a vital role in supporting our Strategy and Planning Team in conducting market research and analyzing customer insights. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research, customer insights, and marketing, while contributing to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Market Research/Customer Insights Intern (Marketing), your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing survey data using Excel or SPSS to identify trends and insights
  • Programming and disseminating surveys in our self-service Qualtrics platform to gather valuable customer feedback
  • Conducting literature reviews and environmental scans to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Synthesizing findings and creating PowerPoint presentations that distill research into digestible formats for stakeholders
  • Project managing research initiatives, including meetings and attendees, to ensure timely and effective execution

As you grow and develop in your role, you can expect increased responsibility and visibility into our department's projects and those across the organization. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of initiatives, from market research and customer insights to marketing and business development.

Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Majors in Marketing, Marketing Research, Business, or Social Sciences with a strong research focus
  • Strong research skills and a desire/interest in healthcare
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university at either the junior or senior level (undergraduate or graduate level)
  • GPA 3.25 or above
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and the Internet
