Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Master's-level student to join our Marketing Data and Customer Engagement team as an Intern. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and data analysis. The Intern will assist in defining marketing customer journeys, aligning marketing, media, and data teams, and supporting ROI tracking and metrics for optimization and scaling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in defining marketing customer journeys to bring alignment and awareness across Marketing, Media, and Data teams - Support ROI tracking and metrics for optimization and scaling opportunities - Collaborate with the Marketing, Media, and Data teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns - Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) - Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives - Support the development of marketing automation workflows and processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing campaigns
Essential Qualifications
- Master's-level student in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Data Science, etc.) - Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and data analysis - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing and Data Clouds, Adobe, and AI tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Teams and SharePoint - Knowledge of digital marketing and prospect/customer databases - Understanding of marketing automation to support operational efficiencies - Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that includes: - Annual Incentive Bonus* - 401(k) with employer match - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Competitive health benefits and wellness programs - $41,600.00 - $46,600.00
