Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Master's-level student to join our team as a Marketing Data and Customer Engagement Intern. In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing team to define marketing customer journeys, align marketing efforts across departments, and develop strategies for engagement and ROI tracking. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our Salesforce Marketing and Data Clouds, as well as other cutting-edge tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Data and Customer Engagement Intern, you'll be responsible for:

• Defining marketing customer journeys to bring alignment and awareness across Marketing, Media, and Data
• Developing strategies for engagement and ROI tracking using Salesforce Marketing and Data Clouds
• Supporting the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Analyzing data and metrics to inform marketing decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing efforts
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer engagement

What You Bring

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities:

• Master's-level student in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, business, data analytics)
• Curiosity, drive, and the ability to work independently and in a team
• Great time management and communication skills
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks (May 19 – July 25)
• Location in North Carolina during the internship program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status

• Understanding of Marketing Automation to support operational efficiencies
• Familiarity of or experience working with Teams and SharePoint
• Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization, including Senior Leadership

Salary Range

Our compensation package is designed to be fair and equitable, reflecting market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
