Pay Rate:
$25 an hour
Monthly Bonus:
Earn up to $1,200 a month
Schedules:
8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with every third Saturday and 9-hour Mondays, and a shortened day during the week to ensure 40 hours
Location:
Remote, with occasional travel to one of our office locations within 70 miles of Boston, MA; Denver, CO; Eden Prairie, MN; Keene, NH; Phoenix, AZ; or St. Joseph, MO
Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring prompt resolution for customers by gathering and entering information
- Developing an understanding of procedures to educate clients on newly enacted services
- Acting as an important resource for customers on company or product policies
- Troubleshooting simple usability issues and referring complex issues to the appropriate partners
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and multitask in fast-paced environments
- High-speed home internet and a quiet work environment
- High School Diploma or GED
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
