Your Role at arenaflex
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping arenaflex users navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with users via email, live chat, and text within our Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs
- Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs
- Proactively suggesting ideas and automations that can help scale the team
- Collaborating with the Member Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission
Key Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support
- Spanish language reading and writing proficiency is preferred, as you may need to provide written support in Spanish in addition to English
- Fast learner: You have demonstrated experience in quickly mastering new skills and knowledge areas
- Clear communicator: You can field questions from users with empathy, tact, and clarity
- Detail oriented: You can understand and communicate complex program requirements; you can capably manage internal systems and processes
- Excellent teammate: You collaborate with and support your teammates; you clearly communicate capacity and expectations

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, and you'll also receive equity and a full range of benefits, including:
