Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Sales Agent, you'll play a vital role in creating a seamless experience for our customers, providing assistance and helping them with their sales inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, providing timely and accurate information to meet their needs.
  • Assisting customers in selecting arenaflex products and services that meet their requirements, including shipping options, pricing, and delivery times.
  • Providing detailed information about our products and services, highlighting the benefits and features that set us apart from the competition.
  • Resolving any customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers leave our chat sessions feeling satisfied and valued.
  • Upselling and cross-selling arenaflex products and services where appropriate, helping to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that our customer data is up-to-date and secure.
