Job Summary

As an Experienced Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, contributing to our growth and success, and aligning with our agency's culture and goals. Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
• Preparing and issuing insurance documents promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Assisting with onboarding clients, providing clear guidance and support to ensure a seamless experience.
• Ensuring policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating client appointments and managing calendars effectively, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Licensing Requirements:

+ An active Property and Casualty License + Fluency in Spanish, along with proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Allstate experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel

Essential Skills:

+ Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities + Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment + Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal + Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment

Availability:

+ Available via Zoom throughout the standard workday to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with team members and managers
