Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and identifying opportunities to grow their financial well-being. You'll be the go-to expert for consumer deposit products, providing education and guidance to help our customers achieve their goals. Your passion for sales, customer service, and relationship management will shine through in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently

  • Educate customers on consumer deposit products, identifying opportunities to grow their financial well-being
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services

  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
