The Role

As a Loan Origination Specialist, Customer Service, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless loan origination processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling client inquiries and problems throughout the loan application process
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of loan products and systems
• Managing numerous individual customer accounts with confidentiality and security
• Working with internal departments to resolve issues and track, document, and report continuous client issues, lending habits, and system problems
• Providing trustworthy, supportive, and individualized customer care
• Assisting with document verification and other projects as needed

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting at $18.25/hour

• Additional $1 per hour when working closing shifts
• Monthly bonus up to $800
• Hybrid workweek with Monday – Thursday in our Blue Ash office and Friday option to work from home
