Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with arenaflex
  • Consolidating retirement accounts, resolving customer issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Advocating for customers and sharing feedback with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in customer service and operations
  • Working flexible hours if necessary to solve customers' problems and meet business objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry
  • Experience working with FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7) or a willingness to obtain them
  • A strong interest in helping people achieve their financial goals and a passion for customer advocacy
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, such as CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working in a startup or similar fast-paced organization is a plus
