Job Summary:

Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
