Contractual Relationship
As a contractor with arenaflex, you'll be considered an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. This means that you'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and you'll need to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
