Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases and service inquiries
- Demonstrating high standards for quality service, ensuring exceptional client experiences and satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, maintaining a deep understanding of our beauty and cosmetics offerings
- Collaborating with the quality and training team to manage performance expectations, drive growth, and improve client satisfaction
- Maintaining open communication with team leads and managers for support, development, and feedback
- Documenting all client interactions accurately in the call center database, ensuring seamless tracking and analysis
- Adhering to schedules and deadlines for both regular and special projects, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Exceeding key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as set by management, driving continuous improvement and excellence
- Communicating proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years' experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume
- Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce experience preferred
- Experience with Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools
- Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings
Nice-to-Haves:
While not required, the following experience and skills are highly desirable:
- Experience in live chat support (1 year preferred)
- Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry (1 year preferred)
- Prior call center experience (1 year required)
