Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional client care through inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences
  • Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, and handling objections
  • Maintaining accurate records and data in accordance with established procedures
  • Complying with administrative and compliance rules related to sales and customer service practices
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales and customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with a high level of productivity and accuracy
  • Experience working in a virtual environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
