Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Agent Work From Home – Part Time Focus Group Panelists, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
- Using products and/or services, if provided, and being ready to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participating fully in discussions, both online and in-person
- Providing honest feedback on products and services, including free samples from our sponsors and partners
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior experience as a Customer Service Representative Agent is necessary
