Job Summary
As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our Technical Sales teams to identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions that meet their needs. You'll also be responsible for leading technical projects, providing technology support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Identify business and technical requirements, lead full technical discovery, and design client solutions that meet their needs
- Lead technical projects, provide technology support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and deliver product messaging for the arenaflex Cloud Platform using whiteboard and slide presentations, product demos, white papers, trial management, and Request for Information (RFI) response documents
- Drive recommendations on integration strategies, project designs, platforms, and application frameworks to implement a comprehensive solution that provides best-practice counsel to clients to enhance arenaflex Cloud Platform effectiveness
- Attend client sites, meetings, and other events as required
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or a customer-facing role
- Experience with inheritance and modern application development, cloud service delivery, and networking
- Experience with containers, including Kubernetes and other related technologies
Preferred Qualifications
* Dynamic US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance
- Experience creating mobile structures using API management, microservice architectures, PaaS, and container orchestration frameworks, or other relevant platforms
- Experience with Government Public Area clients, including defense and civilian agencies
- Knowledge of application security frameworks, including web application security, service boundary, and mobile security techniques
- Ability to learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, philosophies, and solutions in the arenaflex Cloud/IT innovation space
