Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. You'll have the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day by providing personalized support, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations

  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized solutions
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current on industry trends
  • Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work a 4-day weekend schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, secure workspace

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or related fields
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting rate of $16.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days
