Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our National Sales team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Operations, and Distribution, to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Process incoming orders, resolve customer complaints, and provide product information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide product recommendations and upsell/cross-sell opportunities to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty and retention

Work Environment

This role is a hybrid position, requiring approximately 90% remote work and 10% onsite work at one of our regional locations. Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of three years experience in customer service call center environment required
  • Experience in food service distribution a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook required
  • CRM/Phone Technology experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual Spanish speaker preferred

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate between $16.00 and $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
