Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leveraging advanced data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and deploying machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and quantitative methods
- Developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support
- Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams
- Designing and implementing A/B experiments to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
- Working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models, predictive forecasting, and optimization models
- Developing and deploying cloud-based machine learning solutions using Azure/Databricks and Snowflake
- Utilizing software tools and methodologies, including GitHub, Continuous Integration and Delivery, and Agile Methodologies
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
- Advanced degree in a STEM field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models, predictive forecasting, and optimization models
- Advanced experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, or other programming languages
- Advanced degree talent in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and selection, detecting patterns, learning distributions, visualizing results, and extracting insights to support business decision-making
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques, including choice trees, regression, XGBoost, K means, and anomaly detection
- Experience with cloud-based machine learning solutions, including Azure/Databricks and Snowflake
- Experience designing and implementing A/B experiments to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
- Advanced degree talent in conveying rigorous technical standards and issues to non-experts
- Experience working in a dynamic environment and working with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results
- Experience efficiently communicating technical solutions and advocating to data scientists, engineering teams, and business audiences
Preferred Qualifications
* Ph.D. in a STEM field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- Experience working with IoT and Edge AI
- Experience in Reinforcement Learning
