Job Summary

As an Experienced Licensed Insurance Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing expert advice on coverage options, implementing retention strategies, and conducting policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings. Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded. This will involve regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and a deep understanding of client requirements.
  • Risk Assessment: Provide expert advice on coverage options and policy adjustments based on client requirements. You will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our clients receive the best possible guidance.
  • Retention Strategies: Implement initiatives to enhance client retention rates and satisfaction levels. This may involve analyzing client feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and developing targeted solutions to address client concerns.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cost savings. You will need to analyze client policies, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for policy adjustments.
  • Renewal Processing: Manage the renewal process efficiently and communicate changes effectively with clients. This will involve coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely renewal processing, and providing clear communication to clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Active Property & Casualty License: You must hold an active Property & Casualty license and be in good standing with the relevant regulatory authorities.
  • Previous Insurance Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty service experience is required. Previous experience with Allstate is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: You will need to be able to analyze client policies, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions to address client concerns.
  • Time Management: You will need to be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical: You will need to be proficient in using insurance software and systems, including policy management and customer relationship management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

  • Allstate Experience: Previous experience with Allstate is preferred, but not essential.
  • Insurance Certifications: Relevant insurance certifications, such as CPCU or ARM, are desirable.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages is an asset, particularly Spanish.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
