The Opportunity
As a Customer Support Representative on our LATAM team, you'll have the chance to work with some of the most innovative and exciting clients in the industry. You'll be part of a dynamic, global network of customer support experts who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. Our clients expect the best, and we're looking for someone who can exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via chats and tickets, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with clients to understand their products and services, ensuring a deep understanding of their offerings
- Develop and maintain a positive, customer-friendly demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
- Work closely with the arenaflex team to identify and resolve complex issues, leveraging your problem-solving skills and expertise
- Stay up-to-date with client products and services, ensuring you're always equipped to provide the best possible support
Requirements
* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken)
- Experience working with company escalation policies and procedures
- Full access to a work computer that meets minimum requirements (Windows or Mac)
- Access to a high-speed and stable internet connection
- A quiet work environment free from distractions
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your phone
