Job Summary
As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and sales support to our online customers through live chat. You will be the face of our brand, helping customers navigate our website and mobile app, answering their questions, and making sales recommendations. Key Responsibilities
* Provide live chat support to customers on JTV.com and JTV Go, answering their questions and making sales recommendations
- Establish and nurture prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals
- Organize, plan, and execute tele-sales activities to drive sales and revenue growth
- Provide both sales and customer experience support via live chat, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
Essential Qualifications
* Sales experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills
- Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via an online format
- High level of familiarity with JTV.com and our products
- Ability to speak articulately and credibly with leadership and customers
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written communication skills
Desired Skills
* Previous tele-sales experience, preferably in a jewelry or gemstone industry
- Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones, including their characteristics, properties, and market trends
- Previous live chat experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
