Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Disbursal Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting client meetings at case closure to finalize necessary documentation and gather valuable feedback on their experiences.
• Actively representing our firm at various company-sponsored events, including client appreciation and community outreach activities.
• Providing support to the front office coordinator as required.
• Engaging with clients on a daily basis, delivering impactful and meaningful outreach.
• Occasionally traveling to remote offices to facilitate disbursal processes.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service roles.
